Our Story

Watan Kitchen was born from a love of home — the aromas of saffron rice, slow-cooked lamb, and fresh-baked bread that fill an Afghan household. “Watan” means homeland, and every dish we serve is a piece of that homeland, prepared the way our families have made it for generations.

From the fragrant layers of Kabuli Palaw to the comforting warmth of Rosh stew, our menu celebrates the rich, storied flavors of Afghan cuisine. Every order is made fresh, by hand, with the same care you would find at an Afghan family table.

Order online for pickup or delivery, and taste the homeland — one dish at a time.
